Dezire Warranty Policy

At Dezire, we stand by the quality of our products. We offer a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. Additionally, our lifetime color/plating warranty applies exclusively to stainless steel jewelry, while other materials such as brass and 925 silver are not eligible for this coverage.

Our warranty covers issues related to manufacturing and plating defects but does not include damage resulting from:

  • Everyday wear and tear

  • Improper care or handling

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we offer the following solutions:

  • One-time complimentary repair using new or refurbished components

  • Replacement with a similar item of equal value

  • Partial or full refund, based on the product's condition

Please note that replacement products do not carry over the remaining warranty of the original purchase. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received by Dezire, and all returned items become our property.

Warranty Exclusions and Care Recommendations

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents or mishandling

  • Misuse or exposure to harsh conditions

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized third parties

  • Use of non-Dezire accessories or products

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, avoid exposing it to:

  • Strong chemicals such as liquid silver polish

  • Chlorinated water in pools and hot tubs

  • Saltwater and high-humidity environments

It’s also recommended to remove your jewelry before sleeping to prevent accidental damage. Following our care guidelines will help maintain the shine and quality of your Dezire pieces.

 


 

Important Notice

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available and replaces all other guarantees, whether written or implied. If certain consumer protection laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, they are limited to the warranty period stated above. Dezire is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from product defects.

No third party, retailer, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this policy.
